Returns Policy
This information is provided in good faith to the best of my knowledge but please check your country's consumer laws so you know your rights.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return. If you return products without contacting me first, you may not be entitled to a full refund. Products should be returned as packaged within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs cannot be covered unless the item is faulty or there is a mistake on my part. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear, arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, or is lost in transit (without proof of postage) will not incur a full refund.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your package contents do not match your order, please get in touch (reply to your order email) and let me know what happened so I can sort it out, at my cost. If an item is missing, do not throw away the packaging as I may need evidence for a compensation claim, or even a police report.
Exchanges
I do not generally allow exchanges as my products are not available in different sizes. If you wish to exchange for another design of the same product or for another product at the same price, this may be possible. Please contact me first. You will need to pay shipping costs both ways.
Custom orders, seconds & samples
Custom orders can only be returned by agreement with myself. Where the return policy differs, it will be stated on the individual product page - e.g. flawed seconds, samples and final sale items may not be returned.
PDF Returns
Digital products can only be returned and refunded before downloading. I use a download service which sends tracked individual download links. Once the product has been downloaded, it can only be replaced or refunded if faulty or not as described. Please read descriptions fully before ordering.
Damaged and faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, please get in touch (reply to your order email) as soon as possible. Do not throw away the items or packaging as I may need photos or other evidence for a compensation claim, or even a police report, if it has been damaged or tampered with during shipping. If an item breaks in the first 90 days, I will repair it for free, replace with a similar item or provide a refund. Items broken due to excessive wear or use before or after the 90 day period can sometimes be repaired for a small fee. Please contact me to discuss.

I want you to be happy with your purchase so please email me with any problems and I’ll do my best to help you out. I’m always looking to improve my service so all feedback, good or bad, is happily accepted.
