If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me as soon as possible to arrange a return. Products should be returned as packaged within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Return shipping costs cannot be covered unless the item is faulty or there is a mistake on my part. Any returned item that shows obvious signs of wear, arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, or is lost in transit (without proof of postage) will not incur a full refund. Custom orders can only be returned by agreement with myself. Where the return policy differs, it will be stated on the individual product page - e.g. flawed seconds, samples and final sale items may not be returned.
Digital products can only be returned and refunded before downloading. I use a download service which sends tracked individual download links. Once the product has been downloaded, it can only be replaced or refunded if faulty or not as described. Please read descriptions fully before ordering.
Damaged and faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or breaks in the first 90 days, I will repair it for free, replace with a similar item or provide a refund. Items broken due to excessive wear or use before or after the 90 day period can sometimes be repaired for a small fee. Please contact me to discuss.
