All orders are currently being dispatched as normal every Monday & Friday, except on the following dates.
There will be no shipping between 22nd-26th April. All orders will be shipped on Monday 29th April.
Tracking
Please choose a tracked service if you need extra peace of mind or want to keep an eye on progress. Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 (UK only) or Royal Mail International Tracked (International). Please note that tracked orders are not dispatched any faster. Tracking may not update quickly or often when things are busy and may only update once it arrives in your country.
Tracked 48 Upgrade Offer (UK only)
Untracked packages (under 100g, not flat items e.g. stickers, cards) will continue to be upgraded free of charge to Royal Mail Tracked 48, usually arriving in 2 working days. Flat items will be sent First Class. This is an ongoing experiment while I decide whether to make this permanent.
Letter Delays (UK only)
As you have probably noticed from your own mail and news reports, Royal Mail no longer seems to be delivering letters every day. If your order only contains flat items (e.g. stickers, cards) it will be sent as a First Class letter. If you upgrade to Tracked 24 it will be classed as a package and should be prioritised for delivery.
